Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 11, 2026

Champions Cube (“the app”) is a companion app for a private, closed-circle trading-card-game tournament series. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Information we collect

Champions Cube does not require user accounts and does not collect personally identifiable information from your device.

The app sends the following to our server at championscube.com:

  • Match outcomes (winner ID and loser ID) when a trusted player submits a result. Player IDs are pre-assigned by the tournament organizer and are not tied to your Apple ID, device identifier, email, or phone number.

The app stores the following locally on your device:

  • A single flag indicating that you have entered the tournament PIN previously, so you do not have to enter it on every launch.

The app does not collect, transmit, or store:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
  • Your location, photos, microphone audio, camera images, or contacts
  • Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or IP addresses used for tracking
  • Usage analytics, crash reports tied to your identity, or behavioral data

How we use information

Match outcomes submitted to our server are used solely to maintain the tournament's rankings, head-to-head records, and championship history. This data is visible to all participants of the private tournament.

The locally stored PIN flag is used only to remember that you have already authenticated on this device.

Third parties

Champions Cube does not share data with third parties. The app uses no third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers, and no third-party SDKs for data collection.

Data retention and deletion

Match results are retained for the duration of the tournament series and its historical record-keeping. Because the app does not collect personally identifiable information, there is no per-user account to delete.

To request deletion of a player record associated with you, if you participate in the tournament, contact the tournament organizer at jordan@tricewebdevelopment.com.

You can clear the locally stored PIN flag at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Children

Champions Cube is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
